She also attached an honest confession to her post, saying she sucked her tummy in for the photo. "Can't do stylish body selfies (bodfies?) but stoked that my body is responding to healthy eating, double the exercise and my recent detox. My abdominal fat is moving down the scale after years, my hair fall has stopped and I have more energy," read an excerpt from Mini Mathur's post. The 45-year-old model-host's takeaway from her fitness routine is this learning: "It's so much easier to stay unfit but I love a tough fight."
