Steep rise in weekend protests by homebuyers across Greater Noida West

Hundreds of apartment dwellers from various societies in Greater Noida West staged protests against the builders over the issue of delay in registry of flats and high maintenance charges.

While many in the national capital region (NCR) desperately await the weekends to have fun or hang out or spend time with family, the residents of Greater Noida West gear up for protests. This locality, which is a 30-minute drive from the national capital, is made of hundreds of high rise apartments. Every weekend, the apartment dwellers protest against the builders over issues of delayed possessions, delay in registry, hiked maintenance charges, lack of amenities and many other problems.
