In chargesheet against accused Palash Bose, the ATS said that he was disturbed after watching news of actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide and felt that the Maharashtra government wasn’t investigating the case properly.
The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) on Wednesday filed chargesheet against the man accused of making threatening calls to the residence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut and other leaders of the state. As per the 450-page chargesheet against Palash Bose, a gym instructor from Kolkata's Tollygunge area, the ATS said he was disturbed after watching the news of actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide and felt that the Maharashtra government was not doing anything in the case but shielding the accused. “Bose was very upset with Maharashtra government and thought they [govt] don't have any sentiments for Sushant Singh Rajput. He kept watching the Bengali news channel for daily updates. Bose had earlier worked in Dubai for 15 years and had Dubai-based SIM cards as well. The accused called on Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut's number via WhatsApp call and said, “I am Dawood's man, Maharashtra government should stay away from Sushant Singh Rajput case or else he will kill them”,” the chargesheet says.More Related News
