Spain welcomes ceasefire in Gaza brokered by Qatar and other countries

The government of the Kingdom of Spain welcomed the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, which was brokered by Qatar, Egypt, the United States, Jordan and the United Nations. The Spanish Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Spain and the European Union have worked with their regional partners during the conflict to de-escalate the escalation.
