Mr Gandhi had demanded that every person walking into a vaccination centre should get the jab, saying "those who do not have access to internet also have the right to life". "Online registration is not enough for the vaccine. Every person walking in at a vaccination centre should get the vaccine. Two hours later, Ms Irani, who defeated Mr Gandhi in Uttar Pradesh's Raebareli in the 2019 nation election, hit back with a verse by 15th century mystic poet Kabir Das.
