Shop Qatar 2021 introduces digital raffle draw system

Doha: Qatar Tourism launched the fifth edition of Shop Qatar running from 10 September to 10 October 2021. This year, the festival boasts a digital raffle draw system, whereby shoppers will be able to enter the popular raffle draws by submitting receipts of QR 200 and above through WhatsApp. Each purchase of QR200 at any participating retail outlet will be eligible for one raffle draw entry. Once shoppers have uploaded receipts, they will be entered in the four digital raffle draws. Hundreds of prizes including cash and car prizes worth over QR 4 million are available to lucky winners.

In partnership with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Shop Qatar offers promotions and discounts of up to 90% at thousands of retail outlets in 13 shopping malls, The Pearl and Qatar Duty Free at Hamad International Airport. Over 60 hotels are also participating in the festival this year, offering residents and visitors enticing discounts on stays, gym and spa packages as well as F&B offerings.
