Shivamogga Member of Parliament B.Y. Raghavendra, on Wednesday, visited the family of the schoolboy, who was murdered on Monday, at Sulebailu in Shivamogga city and conveyed his condolences for the tragedy.

Mr. Raghavendra, along with BJP leaders, spoke to the parents and sister of the deceased and collected information about the incident. The MP said he was in deep sorrow, seeing the wailing parents who lost their son. He would pray the almighty to bless the family with the strength to bear the loss.
Mr. Raghavendra stated that the administration should arrest all those who were accused in the case and ensure they were punished as per the law. The government should give priority to the safety of people, he added.
Sanketh, 15, was murdered allegedly by minor boys while he was returning home after attending special class on Monday.
