Mumbai: Hearing actor Shilpa Shetty's defamation suit, Bombay High Court on Friday directed few media platforms to take down their contents while passing an interim order in the matter stating "No part of this shall be construed as a gag on media." The court said the defendants other than those who have been asked to take down their articles will have to file an affidavit. "No part of all this should be considered as a gag order on media. Not passing any order but this should not be construed that ad interim or interim relief is refused," said the Court.
