Doha, Qatar: Shell has officially launched the 2025/2026 NXplorers programme with a three-day teacher training workshop at the Ministry of Education & Higher Education (MoEHE).
This marks the first milestone for the new NXplorers season, showcasing Shell’s ongoing commitment to fostering innovation and skill-building among youth in Qatar.
Majdi Khair Al-Din, one of the participating teachers from the Institute of Religion Studies Preparatory and Secondary School, shared his experience: “NXplorers is more than a programme. It is a platform for empowering the next generation with the skills and mindset to tackle complex challenges.”
Diana Al-Wuraidat, a teacher at Maria Al Qibatiya Preparatory school, added: “The NXplorers training gives us practical tools to inspire students to think creatively and critically. It’s exciting to be part of a programme that encourages young people to develop solutions for real-world challenges.”
Over the past six years, NXplorers has reached 2,800 students, trained 170 teachers, and engaged almost 60 schools, creating a strong foundation for expanding the programme’s impact in the new academic cycle.
