Second edition of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 official stamp set unveiled

Doha: Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) has launched the FIFA World Cup 2022 stadiums stamp set, the 2nd edition of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 official stamps. The 2nd edition was revealed at a special ceremony held on 12th July 2021, in the presence of FIFA’s Officials, as well as delegates from The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy and Qatar Post. 

Through distinctive designs, each stamp embodies the unique architecture of the eight stadiums that will host the matches of the first-ever FIFA World Cup to be played in the region, in Qatar. The FIFA World Cup 2022 stadiums stamp will be sold to the public for QAR 28. As a first stage, 20,000 copies, 2,000 first-day issue envelopes, 3,000 postcards and 2,000 folders have been printed.
