SCR General Manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava inspects Sitafalmandi – Lallaguda chord line in Hyderabad and Yadadri Railway station redevelopment works
South Central Railway (SCR) General Manager, Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, inspected the Sitaphalmandi–Lallaguda chord line section works in progress on Tuesday (February 24, 2026). This section helps in providing direct movement of trains coming from Kazipet and going towards Kacheguda/Bengaluru and vice-versa, without touching Malkajgiri or Secunderabad station.

The General Manager also carried out rear window inspection between Cherlapalli – Yadadri section and ongoing ₹24.45 crore worth redevelopment works undertaken at Yadadri Railway Station. Earlier, he also checked the Kacheguda railway station upgradation works. He was accompanied by DRM Santosh Kumar Verma and others, said a press release.
