SC, WSP celebrate sustainable legacy with 500 days to go until FIFA 2022

Doha: The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (SC), the organisation responsible for delivering the infrastructure required for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and leading professional services consultancy, WSP Middle East, yesterday published a podcast to celebrate 500 days until the World Cup tournament.
Teaming up to discuss sustainability goals on a podcast episode titled ‘500 Days Until Kick-off: Building a sustainable legacy on the road to FIFA World Cup Qatar’, Engineer Bodour Al Meer, Sustainability Director, Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy joins WSP Middle East’s Sustainability Associate, Shashi Narayanan to explore the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Sustainability Strategy, the Global Sustainability Assessment System process, and to illustrate how sustainability initiatives are being brought to reality at the Ras Abu Aboud Stadium in Doha, alongside numerous other stadia sites in Doha, Qatar.
