Eid release Satyaprem Ki Katha posted a "healthy score" on its opening day yesterday, reports trade analyst Taran Adarsh. The film, which received mixed reviews, gathered momentum during the day after an "ordinary start" and earned Rs 9.25 crore at the box office by the end of Thursday. Word of mouth praise for the film saw better occupancy in the evening. Satyaprem Ki Katha is now Kartik Aaryan's third biggest opening after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Love Aaj Kal.
