Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar named in Mumbai Ranji squad; Prithvi Shaw to lead

Last year, Arjun Tendulkar played a couple of matches for the limited-overs team of Mumbai but is yet to make his debut in red-ball cricket.

Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar, who is a pace all-rounder, was on Wednesday (December 29) named in Mumbai’s 20-member squad for the upcoming Ranji Trophy 2021-22.

Last year, Arjun played a couple of matches for the limited-overs team of Mumbai but is yet to make his debut in red-ball cricket.

The 41-time Ranji champions Mumbai are placed in Elite nine-team Group C and will open their campaign against Maharashtra on January 13. They will clash against Delhi from January 20 in Kolkata.
