
Ryan Suter hung up on Wild GM Bill Guerin after getting bought out

Talk about a tough phone call.
The Wild will be buying out the contracts of Zach Parise and Ryan Suter this offseason, but attempts to inform the veterans of the moves did not go smoothly. The Athletic reported that first, GM Bill Guerin called Suter, but when it went to voicemail, he rang Parise next. Parise was “caught off guard” after a “pleasant conversation,” but excited for a new opportunity.More Related News
