
Rowdy Knicks fans take over MSG, NYC streets after Game 1 win over 76ers: ‘We want Boston!’

It was a bing-bong-along.
Knicks fans took over Seventh Avenue outside of Madison Square Garden on Saturday night after the team’s electric 111-104 comeback win against the 76ers in Game 1.
The Knicks’ faithful was seen in a series of videos on X soaking in the victory outside The World’s Most Famous Arena.
In one clip, fans confidently chanted: “Knicks in four, Knicks in four!” as Saturday’s win gave the team a 1-0 lead over Philadelphia as hope remains for a series sweep.
Another video captured the rowdy bunch looking ahead even further into the postseason.
“We want Boston! We want Boston!” they chanted outside MSG.

Cade Cunningham, almost inarguably the best player in the East this season, is likely out for the remainder of the regular season. That’s the word out of Detroit following the depressing news that Cunningham punctured a lung when he took a knee to his side Tuesday from Washington’s Tre Johnson while chasing a loose ball.

Wednesday was another positive day at Yankees camp. For the first time since March 6, 2025 — an outing in which he knew “something wasn’t right,” which began a weeks-long saga that ended on the operating table for Tommy John surgery — Gerrit Cole was back on a mound and facing hitters in game action.
