A jury reached a verdict in the murder trial of a former Las Vegas-area Democratic politician who is accused of killing an investigative journalist.
Las Vegas jurors deliberated for about four hours Monday before breaking for the evening. The panel of seven women and five men deliberated for about six hours on Tuesday following a two-week trial.
