Retired Judge To Probe UP Violence, Rs. 45 Lakh For Victims' Families

A retired high court judge will probe the violence in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri district, where eight including four farmers were killed on Sunday, the state government said. The state government also said it will Rs 45 lakh compensation to the families of those who were killed.
