Regrading the 2019 NFL Draft: Bill Belichick goes from perfect to failure, 49ers improve from 'C' to 'A'

Pete Prisco looks back at his 2019 draft grades; here are his new marks

It takes three years to truly grade an NFL Draft, although we all do so right after one ends to fulfill the wants and needs of the immediate crowd.

Those grades don't matter nearly as much as the three-year grades, which is why I always go back and regrade the draft three years out and also regrade myself doing the grading.
