Regal Reality wins Bangalore 1000 Guineas under S. Attaollahi's training, owned by M/s. DT Racing & Breeding LLP.
S. Attaollahi trained Regal Reality (Akshay Kumar up) won the Bangalore 1000 Guineas (1,600m), the first classic event of the season held here on Saturday (Nov 30). The winner is owned by M/s. DT Racing & Breeding LLP, Mr. Mukul A. Sonawala & Mr. Chaduranga Kanthraj Urs’.
Akshay confidently kept his filly a handy second till the bend before manoeuvring the mount from outside in the home stretch.
Regal Reality responded well and started galloping tremendously and overtook the long time leader Golden Glory near 400m and won resolutely.
