Republican Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles accused the state's Democratic governor, Andy Beshear, of being unwilling to "lift a finger" to stand up to the president.
"Everyone in Kentucky, including myself, knows somebody who's been affected by the scourge of drugs across the commonwealth," Quarles told Fox News Digital during an exclusive interview last week.
