Qatar Holding issued decision No. 1 of 2021 re-forming the board of directors of Qatar Stock Exchange. The board is now chaired by HE Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Qassim Al Abdullah Al Thani. The structure of the new board is as follows: Chairman: HE Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Qassim Al Abdullah Al Thani, Vice Chairman: Mansoor Ibrahim Al Mahmoud, Board Members: Hamad Khalaf Al Maadadi, Andre Went, Sheikh Salman bin Hasan Al Thani, Tamim Hamad Al Kuwari, Waleed Jassim Al Musallam, Yousuf Mohammed Al Jaida and Rashid Ali Al Mansoori.
