Quebec will use paramedics in indoor settings to ease health-care staff shortage

Quebec Health Minister Christian Dube said the province passed a decree Monday to try the model out, starting with just 20 workers in Monteregie.
The minister will speak live from Chateauguay at 3 p.m. He will be accompanied by the CEO of the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Ouest, Philippe Gribeauval.
