Bill 15, a sweeping health reform bill, was passed at 5:15 am Saturday morning in the Quebec legislature
Debates on the Act to make the health and social services system more efficient continued throughout Friday night.
The motion was adopted following an electronic vote at the national assembly, with 75 votes in favour, 27 against and no abstentions.
Parliamentary business was adjourned until Jan. 30, 2024.
