Tribune News NetworkDoha Qatari stocks resumed gaining trend as the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index jumped 70 points, or 0.66 percent, to close at 10,749.11 points on Tuesday.The volume of shares traded increased to 214.301 million from 181.412 million on Monday and the value of shares increased to QR430.023 million from QR351.814 million on Monday.Indices of all seven sectors closed in the positive territory. The industrial sector, which gained over 1 percent, was the best performing sector index for the day. The QSE Total Return Index gained 0.66 percent to rise to 21,278.51 points and QSE Al Rayan Islamic index added 0.50 percent to 4,529.47 points. The QSE All Share Index down 0.67 percent to 3,412.20 points.
