Doha: The fifth and final round of the 2024/2025 Qatar Drift Championship (QDC) wrapped up at Qatar Racing Club (QRC) after two thrilling days of action.
Sponsored by QRC Chairman H E Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Thani and attended by QRC Director General H E Sheikh Jabor bin Khalid Al Thani, the event drew top drifting talent from across the Gulf and beyond.
There was also official representation from Kuwait’s Basil Salem Al-Sabah Motor Sports Club, with Club Director Saif Awadh Al-Mutairi and Drag Racing Committee Head Khaled Al-Ajeel in attendance.
Based on the qualifying results, drivers were placed into the tandem battle bracket, featuring intense head-to-head showdowns.
In the first round, top qualifier Ahmed Al Aamri advanced after defeating Mohammed Al-Jaber.
