Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive said on Tuesday the Gulf carrier expects to receive its first three Boeing 777X jets in 2023 and expressed interest in a freight version.
"We will take the 777X whenever it is ready, as soon as it is ready. I think Boeing has already notified us there will be a delay on the delivery of those aircraft until 2023 so in the year 2023 we will receive our first three 777X aircraft," Reuters quoted Akbar Al Baker from an online event. Qatar Airways today operated world’s first fully COVID-19 vaccinated flight. QR6421 departed Hamad International Airport at 11:00 am carrying only vaccinated crew and passengers onboard, with passengers also served by fully vaccinated staff at check-in.More Related News
