Satyendra Pathak DohaIn a bid to further strengthen its digital investment in Qatar, PwC Middle East recently launched its latest innovation hub, the “Emtech lab” at the PwC Qatar offices in Tornado Tower alongside an upcoming futuristic data immersion room. This launch is to further expand the firm’s service delivery across many industries including healthcare, transportation and cybersecurity.Addressing media persons on the occasion, PwC Middle East Qatar Country Senior Partner Bassam Hajhamad said, “In a fast-changing region, Qatar is embracing technology to accelerate digital transformation and economic growth. Our latest investment in the ‘Emtech Lab’ continues to significantly grow PwC’s digital capabilities and contribute to accelerating Qatar’s digital agenda in alignment with Qatar National Vision 2030.”The Emtech team employs disruptive technologies including proof of concepts, rapid prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). The team has created over 100 prototypes tailored for the region aimed at solving industry-driven problems.
