Punjab To Increase Milk Supply From 30000 To 2 Lakh Litres To Delhi: Bhagwant Mann

The Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Limited (Milkfed) sells milk products under the Verka brand.

Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann on Wednesday said that state cooperative Milkfed will augment its milk supply to Delhi from 30,000 litres a day to 2 lakh litres, a move which will benefit the state farmers.

The Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Limited (Milkfed) sells milk products under the Verka brand.

Mr Mann further said Verka will also open its outlets in the national capital.

Mr Mann was addressing a gathering after inaugurating a milk processing and butter plant here.
