On his first day as president of Punjab Congress, Navjot Singh Sidhu met party leaders seen to be Captain Amarinder Singh loyalists.

Less than 24 hours since his elevation to the post of president of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), Navjot Singh Sidhu has swung into action. The cricketer-turned-politician met party leaders considered loyalists of Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh on Monday. Punjab PCC president Navjot Singh Sidhu was photographed meeting Punjab Legislative Assembly Speaker Rana KP Singh. Singh, the Congress MLA from Sri Anandpur Sahib, had also met Chief Minister Amarinder Singh a short while ago.
