Preity Zinta celebrated her 47th birthday with her family on January 31. The actress shared how she spent her special day with some inside pictures on social media.
It seems like Preity Zinta is loving every bit of motherhood. The actress, who recently celebrated her 47th birthday, took to Instagram today, February 2, to share how she spent her special day. Along with a few inside pictures, Preity revealed her birthday was all about cleaning, feeding and changing the nappies of her little ones.
Unlike many other birthdays, Preity Zinta didn’t dress up or wear a nice dress on her special day. Instead, the actress stayed in comfy clothes and spent time ‘feeding, burping and changing the nappies’ of her twin kids. Taking to Instagram, Preity revealed the same. She also posted a few inside photos from her intimate birthday celebration, where she can be seen relishing cake with her husband, Gene Goodenough.
“A big thank you to all of you for the birthday wishes and for all your love. This birthday was like no other. We stayed home and I spent most of the day cleaning and sterilizing milk bottles for the kids, then feeding, burping and changing nappies. I cannot believe I’m saying this but I did not find time to wear a nice dress and get all made up. Inspite of all that this, this birthday was special cuz I had my little ones keeping me company and it was just a family affair #famjam #ting (sic),” Preity Zinta captioned her post.
Several Bollywood celebrities, such as Dia Mirza, Hrithik Roshan, Manisha Koirala and others showered love upon Preity in the comments section.
Preity Zinta first announced the arrival of her twin kids on November 18. Thereafter, in November, she shared a picture where she was seen all happy while holding one of her newborns close to her. She kept away the face of the little one from the camera. The actress captioned her post, “Burp cloths, diapers & babies I’m loving it all #ting (sic).”
