A Portland man accused of punching a police officer and vandalism was reportedly arrested two times Thursday.
Howard allegedly hit a flatscreen TV in the lobby of the Wells Fargo Center in downtown Portland and kicked an automatic glass sliding door, reportedly causing more than $1,000 in damage. He allegedly punched a Portland Police Bureau officer in the head while they were attempting to arrest him after he tried to push his way through a line of officers.
