Floating restaurants will soon make a splash in the Big Apple.
Five world-famous chefs will serve up dishes on a “stylish” restaurant barge in the East River for five days this September, according to the firms behind it. The 225-foot-long “pop-up” party boat will make waves by dishing out special menus from the James Beard-award winning Israeli restaurant Philadephia’s Zahav and other popular eateries, organizers told Architectural Digest.
