‘Pollution serious in Delhi’: In Gopal Rai’s letter to Bhupender Yadav, Kejriwal govt targets Centre

Targeting the Centre, Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai wrote a letter to Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav, stating that "pollution is serious in Delhi."

Following terse remarks by the Supreme Court over the air pollution situation and hastened reopening of schools in Delhi, the Arvind Kejriwal government attempted to deflect the blame on the Centre on Friday.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of Delhi accused the Bharatiya Janata Party-led central government of not responding to the “serious pollution situation” in Delhi-NCR region.
