The London Knights will be without their starting goalie for game three of the Western Conference Final in Sarnia.

The London Knights will be without their starting goalie for game three of the OHL Western Conference Final in Sarnia.

Brett Brochu went down awkwardly with 3:36 left in the second period of game two Sunday.

He would lay on the ice in pain as the trainer came out to check on him. He was eventually helped to toward the bench before leaving the ice.

Rookie Zach Bowen would replace him, stopping eight of nine shots he faced as the Knights went onto win 3-1.

The team says Brochu is “out day-to-day with a lower body injury.”

Bowen will be in net tonight with Owen Willmore as backup.
