A Philadelphia teenager was shot in the face while sitting on the stairs of a SEPTA train station, police say. The 16-year-old was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition.
Officers then found a 16-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to his face.
The teenager was rushed to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in critical condition.
