PHCC announces working hours at health centres during Eid al-Adha

The Primary Health Care Corp (PHCC) has announced the working hours at health centres during Eid al-Adha holidays from July 10-14, QNA reported. PHCC will provide family medicine and support services continuously from 7am to 11pm in 17 health centres namely Al Wakrah, Al Matar, Al Thumama, Omar bin Al Khattab, West Bay, Leabaib, Umm Salal, Gharfat Al Rayyan, Khalifa City, Abu Bakr Al Siddiq, Al Rayyan, Mesaimeer, Muaither, Al Khor, Al Ruwais, and Al Sheehaniya. As for dental services in these centres, they will be provided continuously from 7am to 10pm in addition to Al Jamiliya Center, which operates on a call system around the clock. Rawdat Al Khail HC will be a Covid-19 designated health centre operating round-the-clock, while dental services in the centre will be from 7am to 10pm. Al Wajbah, Al Waab and Qatar University HCs will be closed during Eid al-Adha holidays except for their Covid-19 vaccination clinics according to the pre-booked appointments (round-the-clock). The Umm Ghuwailina, South Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Leghwairiya, Al Kaaban, Abu Nakhla and Al Karaana HCs will be closed. The specialised clinics will be available according to the given appointments from 7am to 2pm and from 4pm to 10pm. The ophthalmology clinics will operate daily in the Leabaib, Rawdat Al Khail, and Muathier health centres, while dermatology and ENT clinics will operate daily in Leabaib and Rawdat Al Khail health centres. Premarital clinics will work at the Airport HC on July 11, from 4pm to 10pm, at Al Rayyan health centre on July 12, from 7am to 2pm, and at West Bay health centre on July 14, from 7am to 2pm. The health centres receiving urgent cases and daily 24 hours are Al Sheehaniya, Abu Baker Al Siddiq, Muaither, Al Ruwais, Al Kaaban, Umm Slal, Gharrafat Al Rayyan, and Rawdat Al Khail. The Community Call Centre (16000) will provide urgent call consultations round-the-clock. The hotline (40277077) for Covid-19 vaccine appointments will operate continuously from 7am to 11pm. The Covid-19 drive-through services will be available throughout the week, in the evening shift only, from 6pm to 10pm at the Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan, Al Wajbah, Gharafat Al Rayan, and Leabaib health centres. The Medication Home Delivery service will be off from July 9-11 and will resume work on July 12.
