PETA has filed to join a lawsuit with the Department of Justice against "Tiger King" star Jeff Lowe.
The U.S. Department of Justice previously filed a lawsuit against Lowe alleging violations of the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and the federal Animal Welfare Act (AWA) on his part. PETA announced Thursday that it has "filed a motion to intervene as a co-plaintiff in the federal government’s lawsuit against [Lowe], his co-defendants, and Tiger King Park."More Related News
