Doha: ACCIONA has taken a step forward in its commitment to innovation and sustainability by implementing a complete digitalization strategy in its operating plants in Qatar, eliminating the use of paper and centralizing all information in accessible and structured databases.
This development, part of its “paperless” strategy, represents an essential milestone to improve efficiency, traceability and reporting capabilities throughout its operations.
The project, which has already been implemented at the Ras Abu Fontas 3 plant (RAF A3) and will soon be extended to the Umm Al Houl plant (UHP), both in Qatar, affects all employees at these locations: 70 workers at RAF A3 and around 110 at UHP.
In line with the “paperless” objective, all plant processes and records have been digitized, eliminating the use of paper and enabling more efficient management of daily operations.
To achieve this transformation, ACCIONA has worked on the co-creation of innovative software, specifically designed to manage the operation and maintenance of its plants digitally.
