Lyon then sparked life into the match by removing Faheem Ashram on first ball and then Sajid Khan a few overs later. Chasing a target of 506 runs, Pakistan batted out of their skins. Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan built a solid stand after mammoth third-wicket partnership between Babar and Abdullah Shafique. Meanwhile, Lyon took four wickets and Pat Cummins took two wickets for Australia.
