Over 2,000 patients registered at South Al Wakra Health Center

As part of its goal to establish a modern health care system based on global standards of research and education programmes, and high-quality practitioners and facilities, the new South Al Wakra Health Center under the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) aim to bring medical services closer to the public.
The Health Center, inaugurated earlier this week by the H E Dr. Hanan Mohamed Al Kuwari, Minister of Public Health has registered over 2,000 patients and has an initial 5,000 capacity, increasing to 20,000. Speaking to the media yesterday during a facility tour, South Al Wakra Health Center Manager Dr. Maryam Mohamed Al Dosari said the catchment area of the South Al Wakra HC is part Zone 90, which covers 780 buildings.More Related News
