Promptfoo’s library will remain open-source under its current licence OpenAI announced its plans to acquire the artificial intelligence (AI) security platform Promptfoo on Monday. The San Francisco-based AI giant said that it was in the process of finalising the deal, which is currently subject to customary closing conditions. The acquisition will allow the ChatGPT maker to integrate Promptfoo’s technology stack into OpenAI Frontier, an enterprise-grade platform designed to build, deploy, and manage fleets of AI agents.
