The Ola electric scooters will be on sale today till stocks last, as the entire process is handled through its app.
Ola Electric finally commenced with the online purchase of its Ola electric scooters, after the website faced technical glitch at its first attempt on September 9, 2021. The Ola S1 electric scooter is priced at Rs 99,999 while the Ola S1 Pro electric scooter will be available at Rs 1,29,999 (ex-showroom, India). The Ola electric scooters will be on sale today till stocks last, as the entire process is handled through its app. Ola’s electric scooters come in 10 colors, and will be delivered directly by Ola across 1,000 cities in India.
The Ola electric scooter S1 and S1 Pro are eligible for FAME-II as well as state subsidies, so the prices will be lowered for purchase in certain regions. In Delhi, after state subsidies, the Ola S1 electric scooter will cost Rs 85,009, while in Gujarat, the same would cost Rs 79,000. Ola has also tied up with several banks and financial institutes for EMI plans starting at as lowly as Rs 2,999. In states with active subsidy grants, the Ola S1 electric scooter is much more affordable than many of the current petrol scooters on sale.
