Fox News
Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt on Tuesday signed a bill that bans non-binary gender markers on birth certificates, enraging LGBT advocates.
The settlement angered Republicans, including the governor. His appointee to lead the agency resigned the next day after the settlement, and the governor issued an executive order prohibiting any changes to a person's gender on birth certificates – despite the settlement agreement.
