Officials: Fighting breaks out between Somalia's Jubbaland region and federal government

Fighting erupted on Wednesday between Somalia's semi-autonomous Jubbaland region and federal government forces after Jubbaland held an election against the advice of authorities in Mogadishu, officials said.
