Odisha school timings changed due to predictions of hot weather

The school timing in Odisha has been changed by the authorities in view of the predictions made by IMD for the changes in weather in the upcoming days.
The government of Odisha has decided to change the school timings for students and has issued a notification to all the school authorities regarding the same. The timings are being changed due to the predicted heatwave which will envelop the state. As per the predictions of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Odisha will experience very hot weather in the month of March and hence, the school timings of the state have been altered for the health and safety of the students. As per the new timings for classes issued by the Odisha government, the schools will conclude all the classes before 12 pm each day so that students can avoid the hot weather in the afternoon. The schools will function on these timings till the heat subsides.More Related News
