Obamacare Survives Third Supreme Court Challenge

The Supreme Court again upheld Obamacare, a major victory for Democrats and what could be the final blow to any court challenges to the law.

For the third time, the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act. "Today's Supreme court decision is a landmark victory for Democrats work to defend protections for people with preexisting conditions," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said.  President Biden tweeting, "With millions of people relying on the Affordable Care Act for coverage, it remains, as ever, a BFD. And it’s here to stay."
