Fox News
The suspected hate crime attacker accused of assaulting seven Asian American victims in New York City was arrested after eagle-eyed security guards at Manhattan’s New York Public Library recognized him from Fox’s new coverage and called the police, authorities said Thursday.
Cephas watched the same footage and agreed it was one of their regular patrons. He walked into the NYPL's Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library, on Fifth Avenue and West 40th Street, shortly thereafter.
