Nitish Kumar Meets Lalu Yadav, Will Meet Rahul Gandhi Later Today

Nitish Kumar will visit Delhi today to work for Opposition unity for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday met Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav at the latter's residence in Patna, in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav and former CM Rabri Devi.

"I have spoken with Lalu Yadav. I will be visiting Delhi, where I will be meeting President and vice-President. We will meet Rahul Gandhi in the evening," said Mr Kumar before leaving for Delhi.

Mr Kumar will visit Delhi today to work for Opposition unity for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

He is likely to meet Opposition leaders in the national capital in his bid to unite them to fight against BJP in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
