Nikki Haley doubles down on promise to send special ops to 'eliminate' drug cartels across US-Mexico border

GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley told Fox News Digital she would send special ops to "eliminate" drug cartels beyond the border and "treat them like the terrorists they are."
